TW won't forward every E-mail to another E-mail account?

Hello,
Im trying as hard as I can to get my parents to stop using the default Roadrunner email that came with our internet service and to switch over to gmail. They seemed OK with that when I told them that usually you can set up email forwarding through the host's email. So we went to the Roadrunner mail site, set up email forwarding to their Gmail account, but now it's only forwarding about 75% of the e-mails it gets.

Hello,
Using both IMAP and POP simultaneously or using POP across multiple devices can cause error messages when trying to send, receive or access new email such as the following: "The mail server denied access to your account because another mail client was using it." To avoid these errors, we recommend using IMAP on all devices.

On your computer, open Gmail using the account you want to forward messages from. ...
In the top right, click Settings.
Click Settings.
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
In the "Forwarding" section, click Add a forwarding address.

Hello

Click File on the top left of Outlook's main page.
Click "Manage Rules & Alerts" in the Account Information panel to bring up the Rules and Alerts window.
Click New Rule at the top left corner of the Rules and Alerts window.
Select "Apply rule on messages I receive" under the Start From A Blank Rule section.
